Apartments Ante

  Booked the upper level studio apartment (via Agoda as was clearer from photos there which one I was booking). It was perfection. The view is (obviously) stunning. The apartment was... read more pristine, and had everything one would need and all in perfect working order. Excellent value too.

Many steps down to and up from the old town each day, but more than compensated for by that view which was our priority (and we got quite a bit fitter). Just a 5 minute walk down to the old town, and maybe 15 mins back. Great location for the cable car too.

Maria and her son Marinko were delightful (and discrete) hosts. (Tip: the candied fruits, olive oils and preserves Maria and her daughter make are delicious, and make wonderful gifts.)

  We stayed at Apartments Ante for 4 night and so glad we did. They have the best views over Dubrovnik you could ask for. The old town walls is less... read more than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Dubrovnik.

Marinko and his mother treated us just as family and were very kind and sweet. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. If you are worrying about the steps to the apartment, don't worry there is a road connection in between, where you can uber to and from the road to the apartment its just around 40-50 steps.
Please don't let the steps deprive you of this gorgeous apartments with surreal views.

  We arrived home today after spending five nights here. They made everything so easy. We got picked up from the airport and greeted with cold beers and the most breathtaking... read more view of the old town, sea and other islands. The balcony is great for sitting and relaxing with wine! And is very quiet too. Great aircon for those who like it cold like my husband. The hosts are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Such a warm, friendly family. We bought some lovely homemade olive oils and marmalades off mama Marie. I txt Marinko several times to ask for information and he always replied straight away and even rang to make sure we were ok. There are a lot of stairs from the old town but that's like most of Dubrovnik and it wasn't that bad. You can avoid them too by walking around and up the hill which takes slightly longer. You won't be disappointed if you book here and the photos really don't do it any justice. Fully equipped and modern. Bed was super comfortable too. Will definitely return.
